Refund policy

For non-custom items, we offer a 14-day return policy. For custom orders, please contact us to discuss your issue so we can work with you to resolve it.

Please keep in mind, due to the handcrafted nature of the product or variances in leather pieces, each item may differ slightly from the online sample images.

If your product size does not meet with your satisfaction, please make sure to contact us immediately, and send us the product within 14 days of the original shipping date to order a different size. Make sure you are sure of your size before reordering. You will not be able to exchange for any other changes such as color, style, etc.

Please send us the original product in its original packaging, with your invoice number (or at least your name, address, phone number and email address). For your protection, remember to insure the return package. Until it reaches us, you are responsible for it and it’s value.

We do not cover the return shipping. Upon receipt of the original item, should there be no issues, we will send your selected exchange. If there is any damage to the product you wish to exchange we will be unable to send your replacement.

If your item includes crystal work and you believe there to be any crystals missing please send us a picture within 3 days of receipt for us to assess it.

Any ready-to-wear pieces or accessories will take a maximum of four weeks to ship.
